Since each piece is made to order, we ask for additional production time, which varies depending on the type of product. On average, our items take between 7 and 14 business days to be made.
Returns

Return Conditions
Return Period: Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date the product was received.
Product Condition: Item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Custom Made Products: Made-to-order or customized items are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturing defects or order error.
Return Process:
Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive a return authorization code and shipping label.
Pack the product securely and send it back using the label provided.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
